I've been practicing mental health therapy for about 21 years. I currently work with adults 18+ in Washington, Colorado and Texas. I specialize in EMDR, Trauma Focused Therapy, CBT and DBT with clients who have experienced past trauma's.
My specialty is working with first responders and veterans who have suffered trauma due to their professions.
