| עברית I have been working as a child and adolescent psychotherapist for over 30 years, addressing a myriad of issues that keep children from reaching their full potential. Through play therapy, discussion, improving family communication, and teaching coping strategies, I am able to form trusting relationships with my clients that allow them to overcome challenges. I have helped many children and adolescents improve their self esteem, make better choices, cope with depression and anxiety, stop self-harm, navigate school problems, and improve social interactions. I also work with parents to help them achieve greater harmony with children.
My specialties include play therapy with children ages 6-10, discussion-based therapy with older children (10-12) that often involves games and humor; adolescent therapy that combines CBT with relational therapy; parent-counseling; and family therapy. I focus on problem-solving with built-in emotional support and include trauma treatment whenever necessary.
