I offer counseling services to individuals across the full spectrum and continuum of experiences from preconception through postpartum and I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I assist women in optimizing their mental health and well-being. I provide support and education to parent(s) wishing to adapt, grow, understand, and optimize their parenting.
