I specialize in LGBTQ affirmative therapy, with a focus on trans/gender identity issues. In our sessions we address your authentic needs and what is important to you. As mood and confidence improve, they become a foundation for coming out and successfully transitioning. Often chronic symptoms, such as self doubt and headaches, fall away. And the capacity to freely express yourself leads to happier relationships.

We all need unconditional acceptance and support to heal and grow. And we all belong. In our sessions you will be received with a deep care and exploration that honors your truth and story. Because therapy is a relational process, it has the power to heal holes from all types of trauma, and reconnect you with your innate belonging and place in the world.

I am an out queer therapist and enjoy supporting people in ways that work for their unique styles. In my practice I work with adults age 21 and older and welcome people from all backgrounds. Clients often report feeling completely seen and heard in sessions.
