Feeling stuck, incomplete, or helpless is a debilitating place to be. I hope to provide a space for individuals to reflect on and experience their whole selves so they can heal. I have years of experience working with individuals from ages 5 to mid-adulthood. I have helped those who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, traumatic grief, complex trauma and PTSD, behavioral issues, parenting, and/or family issues. For children, I offer a playful and engaging approach that is conducive to their level of development.
I acknowledge individuals as their whole selves, including their culture, trauma, and strengths. My treatment is based on psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT models. I am trained in TF-CBT as well as mindfulness. I often use play, art, and music as tools for processing, however I am flexible to provide treatment that best suits an individual.
I consider it an honor to come alongside an individual and walk with them through whatever obstacles they may face. I will offer you a non-judgmental space for you to process life stressors and heal from any brokenness in your life.
