When I think about what brings you here, I imagine there's something in your life causing you pain or overwhelm. I have found, both personally and professionally, that often when we're experiencing big emotions, we're sitting with them alone. It takes a great deal of courage to reach out and ask for help, and it's an honor and privilege for me to come alongside you as you seek to feel and heal.
I have a special clinical interest and training in perinatal mental health. The transition into motherhood is no joke - postpartum depression + anxiety affects 1 in 7 women. It can feel incredibly isolating, but truly, you are not alone. If you are experiencing symptoms during pregnancy or after the birth of your baby, let your healthcare provider know.
