Although many techniques can be used throughout therapy, I mostly use cognitive behavioral therapy. This approach allows for you to understand your behaviors and make the changes you need to become better equipped to handle the situations you are facing. By changing behaviors, you will be able to learn and grow mentally in a positive manner.
I hope to help create a positive experience in therapy. By embracing all ages, communities, and cultures, my style of therapy is relaxing and open to all your thoughts and behaviors. Most of the time, being able to express your true feelings allows for an open mind to create more rewarding behaviors.
