It is time to heal the split. Red vs Blue. Autonomy vs Community. Masculine vs Feminine. Mind vs Body. Earth vs. Human. Rationality vs Intuition. Science vs Spirit. All of these divisions have created monstrous cracks in our collective and inner landscapes, which have been making us sick psychologically, physically, and spiritually. However, for those who are willing to slow down and step into these cracks, therein lies the space and possibility for something new and more beautiful to emerge. We have become fractured and fragmented by a misunderstood myth of separation.
We are indeed distinct & sovereign, but that is only part of the story. There is another part of the story, which has been silenced within the collective narrative, from which a more creative, generative, and joyful life can be written. If you feel trapped in a world where the sane feels alien and insanity feels like the new normal, you're not alone.
We find ourselves in an epoch ravaged by loneliness & isolation. I am interested in unifying these splits, & I focus on reconnecting and re-imagining our relationship with grief and our relationship with our bodies. Grief is an expression of love, and our bodies are incredible instruments with insights and guidance that can ease an overloaded, egoic-mind.
