Hello, my name is Holly McCarty, and I am a clinically licensed mental health counselor. I have a lot of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as well! I specialize in mental health and behavioral health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder, however, I have worked with individuals with a variety of other mental health needs also!
I offer my clients a judgement free space for them to discuss and analyze their troubles. I have experience with art therapy skills, play therapy skills, and talk-therapy utilizing TF-CBT. My primary function would be to help clients explore the causes for their thoughts, feelings, or behaviors and then establish methods of managing their need areas.
