It takes courage to show up for yourself and in your relationships and I am honored to be part of that process with clients. I work with individuals, couples and families with various challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss. I also support couples dealing with relationship stressors, betrayals, or major life changes including families/individuals caring for loved ones near the end of life or those in the process of recovery. For clients experiencing struggles around perinatal issues, I offer specialized support during this transitional season in life.
I offer tailored support using an integrated approach which includes elements of mindfulness, EMDR, and EFT, an empirically-validated couples treatment that focuses on building secure bonds between partners by increasing emotional connection. I am also a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist and offer support related to perinatal mood related concerns.
