Whether you're a couple or individual, I offer support to those seeking assistance in addressing relationship wounds, navigating harmful relationship dynamics, and tackling the intricate aspects of complex trauma. I also work with individuals who are grappling with the effects of anxiety, depression, grief, or emotional regulation, healing from religious or spiritual trauma, seeking to cultivate an embodied sense of self, or looking for support in navigating experiences of abuse.
As a couples therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I specialize in guiding partners through the intricate journey of relationship healing. We are both healed and wounded in relationship. It's a complex dynamic to navigate. My approach focuses on helping couples transition from feeling stuck to nurturing a deeper, more secure connection.
I view therapy as a profound journey of “being with” – being with thoughts, feelings, and sensations; being with both suffering and pleasure; being with the body; being with self and being with another. From that place of “being with” we cultivate trust in self and relationship.
