My goal is to help others find peace in their lives. I love working with families who struggle to maintain a calm home because It Is Hard! Sometimes we find it’s ourselves that block peace. I also very much enjoy helping all ages individually find out what triggers them and how to regulate to find peace in themselves.
I am a Registered Play Therapist. I use a combination play techniques and person centered therapy to help direct clients in their path to healing. Some of my favorites include: art, EMDR for trauma, and Child Centered Play therapy for younger children.
