I am passionate about helping others overcome stuck behavior and thought patterns that stand in the way of personal happiness, freedom, and joy. I specialize in helping overcome trauma, codependency or narcissistic abuse. The methods I use reroute neural pathways that cause unwanted thoughts and behaviors. This results in mind/body integration and resolution of hurtful or traumatic incidences that you have experienced. You are able to finally move on in your life. I also offer spiritual guidance that leads to deeper understanding of one's purpose in life.
At this time, I offer online counseling services only through Telehealth or Zoom. Our sessions together will focus on identifying and clearing mental and emotional blockages. The modalities I use will assist you in feeling better. I can also share new ideas with you about achieving overall mind and body health with natural solutions.
