Life can be hard sometimes. Even when things are difficult, I can assist you in learning new skills to help you grow into the individual you aspire to be. I provide a variety of therapy interventions such as CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and many others. I have experience in seeing people of all ages, couples, and individuals.
I received my bachelor’s degree in social work at Briar Cliff University and my master’s degree in social work with a concentration in trauma and mental health from University of Denver. I currently hold a license Master's in Social Work in the state of Iowa and have been serving the community since 2013.
My goal is to provide an environment in which everyone has access to a safe and nonjudgemental therapeutic experience. Although there may be some lingering stigma surrounding mental health care, my hope is that telehealth may make it easier for individuals to access care in a discrete venue.
