I am here to help remove the stigma of mental health counseling in the Brown, Black and Red communities. My passion is assisting clients gain self-acceptance, sustain intimate relationships and regain confidence. There is a special place in my heart for adolescents, specifically in the LGBTQ community. I am also passionate about people finding love. I have created a dating course that has been tested and proven affective with men and women.
My speciality is working with couples counseling, intimate partnerships, adolescents and the LGBTQ community. I am also a Dating Coach. My plan of action is to use Person-Centered interventions, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Solution Focused techniques and the Gottman Method with intimate partners.

This group is for anyone who has experienced and struggling from a divorce or loss of a relationship - recent or a while ago but still healing. We share our stories, see how our situations fit into our life history, look at patterns of our relationships, do communication and interaction exercises, and explore ways to trust and connect again. We will discuss whatever group members need. BI-WEEKLY COMMITMENT to create continuity. Group limited to 10 members bi-weekly. Pre-payment for one month are required ($50). Google Meet.
