My counseling approach is eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, drawing from various evidence-based modalities depending on each client’s unique needs. These include but are not limited to, Rogerian person-centered therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, DBT, MI, and NARM. I'm a trained EMDR therapist.
