My name is Holley Elam and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, substance abuse recovery centers, military facilities, and private practice. My personal life experiences are what lead me into this profession. I know firsthand what it is like to sit in the opposite chair. There are 2 goals I hope to achieve through my work; teaching others to embrace change and empowering them to live the life they choose. There is no "one size fits all" in therapy. Therefore, I find that it is most productive to not limit myself to only one therapeutic modality. I utilize the things in my wheelhouse that are most effective and best suited for the individual that sits in front of me at that particular time.
