Therapy is a partnership between the client and clinician to assist one in discovering their own truth. I believe in metaphorically walking with you through the pain and suffering to shed light on underlying world views and beliefs and ultimately gain insight into the inner machinations of your mind.
To achieve this goal, I have been certified and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My approach is eclectic utilizing these therapies as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to treat a wide range of diagnoses from Anxiety and Depression to Substance Use Disorders.
