Hi! I’m Cathy Armstrong and offer a holistic multifaceted approach to inner healing, getting to the root cause of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders and trauma. I address issues of spirituality and have both secular and nonsecular education and training. I have a non- related too counseling PhD in religious studies as an inner faith minister. I have studied spiritual mysticism and metaphysical practices in Christian, Catholic, and non-Christian religions. I am very open-minded when it comes to faith and spiritual care and I am here to accompany you on your individual path to healing, change and transformation.
I have an integrated holistic practice that includes much more than EMDR to treat trauma and addictions. I have training and internal family systems, neuroscience, EFT- tapping, hypnotherapy, family therapy, couples therapy, cognitive processing, sand tray, expressive arts, acceptance and commitment therapy, depth therapy, DBT, and shadow work.
