Welcome! It is truly my passion to be able to help others identify imbalances in life and what they may be missing in order to get back on a path to peace and wellness. When we hold sessions together, my goal is to not only make you feel comfortable but to make you feel like you are speaking to a friend and someone who knows and understands you on a deeper level.
I have over a decade of experience treating individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self confidence, health struggles, pregnancy and postpartum and more. I can offer a deeper understanding and unique view based on not only additional training but personal experience as well.
In addition, health coaching will soon be offered as I truly believe in the mind/body connection and the need to heal both our physical and mental/emotional health in order to fully achieve our goals and attain a higher level of well-being.
