Women's Creative Arts Self-Care Group-APRIL
A creative arts group for women who are struggling with maintaining self-care and need a supportive group to help guide them back to their internal resources and healthy coping strategies. I am offering two separate groups one in the mornings and one in the evenings for 4 weeks each.
