My competent and casual therapy approach is a reflection of my personality, education, and experience. I feel that I have a unique skill set to help my clients in a skilled & trauma-informed way. Sometimes life's hardships require additional support. Struggles like anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as major life/role changes like motherhood can leave us feeling hopeless and confused. My role is to come alongside women of all ages in order to provide a safe place for hope, healing, and restoration to take root so that you can thrive.
I provide EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Christian Counseling upon request.
