Trauma group for formerly incarcerated men
We are currently creating a Group VIA telehealth on Zoom that is for men who have been incarcerated in the past and suffers from depression, anxiety and PTSD. Takes a CBT approach and focuses on learning to deal with and get over trauma and depression due to incarceration and life style.
