I help adults who are questioning their relationship with food, alcohol, or drugs and those facing infertility, pregnancy or post-partum challenges. As a queer therapist, I am experienced with and enjoy supporting fellow LGBTQIA+ community members. I work from a relational and trauma-informed perspective and incorporate tools from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
