In our work together, I can help you identify your greatest strengths and work through any road blocks that may be inhibiting your path. By providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, I'll help you explore the thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you and work toward healing any past emotional wounds that may be holding you back from living a truly fulfilling life.
In my practice, I use a variety of techniques and modalities to best support my clients on their therapeutic journey. I have training in both EMDR and Brainspotting for trauma processing and find this work to be very rewarding and effective for healing. I enjoy working with people who are open and willing to explore themselves on a deeper level.
