My specialty is working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and all other minorities (gender, body types, addictions, etc.) navigate this thing we call life. I utilize a person-centered/holistic approach to sessions. This approach helps you to explore your own individuality and empowers you to create your own world filled with meaning, purpose, and authenticity.
I work with you to create a unique relationship where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, scream or have any other emotions in between. We are way more than the labels and stereotypes that society thrust upon us.
