My goal is to provide a space for you to fully express and explore your emotions.
When something traumatic happens to us, it gets locked in the part of our brain that processes our emotions and inhibits us from being able to fully move past the experience. This often results in a negative belief about ourselves. We can use EMDR along with talk therapy to help unlock the experience and remove the negative belief.
Whether you are suffering from an addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship struggles, partnering with me can help you gain the strength you need to make a commitment to yourself and follow the change through.
