Whether past trauma or current feelings of anxiety/depression brought you here, assessing your emotional needs and creating boundaries to promote emotional wellness is difficult. Often, it’s even more arduous to maintain that wellness. I center my practice around helping you understand personal accountability in a safe, empathetic, welcoming space. Using your strengths, emotional resilience, and willingness to heal, I will guide you through processing trauma and emotional challenges to make changes that permanently stick. You deserve peace in your own life and relationships; I am ready to make that leap with you.
While I enjoy working with a wide range of symptomatology and disorders, I am most passionate about adults who suffer with personality disorders, substance use challenges (both directly and indirectly), anxiety, depression, and PTSD/C-PTSD. Clients who work well with me apply DBT, Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, CBT, and REBT modalities into their life.
