When we experience a lot of things like anxiety, depression, or a traumatic event, these things tend to weigh us down and keep us from living the life we truly want. Although we want to see ourselves at our best, we may be ignoring the issues that are keeping us from that reality altogether. Therapy helps us work through those subconscious road blocks that are affecting us even in the most subtle ways. By using different modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or Trauma-Focused therapy, I collaborate with clients and couples by working through the blind spots of our mind together.
As a therapist, I believe in fostering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions. My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered perspective, pulling in different interventions that fit you best. I believe that everyone is unique and therapy should not be treated as a one-size-fits-all
It's extremely important to me that you feel heard, respected, and valued in our therapeutic relationship. My main goal is to work together on your journey to a renewed sense of self while also identifying your strengths, core beliefs, and even goals that will lead you to a healthier version of who you want to be.

Back to You: A Look at Transforming Self-Esteem
The purpose of this group is to help those with low self-esteem grow in their view of themselves. This would include interactive exercises within the group, psychoeducation on different types of tools to use in daily life to increase self-esteem. Not only would this group be used to increase self-esteem, but it can also encourage the initiation of a journey of self- discovery for the participants to learn who they are and to embrace and love who they are.
