Welcome! My name is Hillari and I believe that therapy is a process that helps us to better understand ourselves as we navigate the world around us. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and I am driven to help you enrich your life through a meaningful and supportive environment. I use techniques drawn from gestalt, psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. My goal in our work together is to provide a safe, healing, and reflective space for you to feel energized on your journey for personal growth.
I am receiving my Master’s at NYU in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and obtained my BS in Behavioral Neuroscience from The Ohio State University. I am interested in exploring how brain chemistry and previous experiences impact behavioral outcomes, and this foundational passion for neuroscience kickstarted my career as a mental health professional.
