My sessions are collaborative. I work with warmth and compassion and will attentively listen and share my thoughts. I specialize in understanding complex issues such as depression, anxiety and relationship problems. My approach is cognitive and strength based. I truly believe in the strength and resiliency to create meaning and direction in our lives.
