| español Making the choice to begin therapy can be a difficult one. I consider it a privilege to share in that journey with you. I firmly believe that an individual's process is unique to that person and that healing is possible when you are ready for change. My clients guide the process, while allowing me to be a collaborator. My style is to be direct and honest, while being supportive. I strive to tailor treatment to your individual needs, using an holistic and strength-based approach to treatment.
I have worked with individuals (adult & children), couples, and families for over 20 years. I have specialized training in evidence-based models to provide trauma-informed care. Treatment will initially focus on identifying/developing the necessary coping skills to deal with the symptoms you may be experiencing.
I have been fortunate to do something I love for a living. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations and welcome the opportunity to continue doing so. I am bilingual and am happy to be able to provide services to the Spanish-speaking population.
