How are you handling your life right now? Life can feel overwhelming creating stress, anxiety, fear, and doubt and leaving us feeling paralyzed and stuck. As we adjust to new seasons of life, there tend to be periods of the unknown with mixed emotions. Life transitions need life skills. This is more of a partnership to navigate through past wounds into a healthier, more stable, and confident future. I also walk with clients with spiritual trauma and fertility issues (including fertility treatments, IVF, miscarriage, and postpartum), as someone who has walked through this myself it's nice to have someone who "gets it".
I am a Counselor & Coach working with individuals and couples. Working with my clients, I help them uncover their feelings and beliefs that will help them change their behaviors and take action in situations. Drawing from Christian principles and beliefs, I work with people from various faith backgrounds and up to the level of their own comfort in faith.
