I enjoy moving between traditional talk therapy and body-centered work, creating a path defined by your needs and wants. Together we discern your goals and the best ways to reach them.
Difficult experiences often show up in the body. Accessing embodied experience helps clients evolve. Through mindful awareness, we learn how the body holds our experiences. We learn to recognize old patterns and create new ones. These shifts in the body have a corresponding effect on mind, emotion, and relationships. And so the healing begins.
