Do you have chronic pain and medical conditions? Anxiety? Depression? I have personal and professional experience and understand how it is hard to find someone who “gets it.” I would like to work alongside you to help you live a happy, meaningful life with these conditions. I also enjoy helping individuals with mood disorders, stress management, and life transitions. I currently see clients ages 10 and up.
The first session starts with obtaining background information and learning about what brings you to therapy. I describe my therapy style as direct, eclectic, and person centered. I utilize techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc.
