My therapy style is based on psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems. Every client needs a tailored approach in therapy, which is why I prefer to integrate different types of treatments in my work in order to meet these needs on an individual basis.
