Aloha, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twenty years of experience. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University, am Licensed in Hawaii, and have resided on Maui for over fifteen years. My passion is helping others to build resilience, coping skills, self esteem, and happiness. Everyone can be empowered to deal with all of life’s challenges. I am trauma informed and EMDR trained. I incorporate a strengths based and person-centered approach to Therapy which honors individuality. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space to explore emotions and challenges.

My goal as a therapist is to support each client on their own unique journey toward thriving.
