I've worked with clients addressing stressful life transitions, relationship challenges, domestic or intimate partner abuse, and grief. Clients have approached therapy with different levels of experience, including newcomers, returning after a break, or those mandated by court. Throughout these interactions, compassion, kindness, and self-acceptance have been consistent elements. I collaborate with clients right from the start, providing 15 to 30 minutes of consultation to listen to your concerns, address any questions, and offer referrals if I'm not the best match for your needs.

Aloha, I am a clinical Psychologist specializing in culturally responsive, evidence-based care for those struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) , anxiety, phobia, trauma, and depression. I have extensive training and experience in evidenced-based therapies, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy(MCBT). I was trained in ERP at the UCLA (OCD) Adult Intensive Treatment Program and focus my work on helping adults and young adults struggling with OCD and related anxiety spectrum disorders.
