This might look like hanging out with the animals at the sanctuary, EMDR, hypnosis, yoga, meditation, dreamwork, astrology, CBT, and other techniques to explore all levels of our experience.

Hello, my name is Amy Yang, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Hawaii and working with clients statewide via telehealth. Tom also received his MA in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology. Tom wrote his master's thesis on the therapeutic use of the circular art form known as mandalas. Tom earned his BA in Human Development at Prescott College. There he worked with the Prescott Unified School District to create recreation-based behavioral interventions for 8-10 year-olds diagnosed with ADHD.

G. Francis Giles MSW, LSW received a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Social Work/Clinical Concentration from New Mexico Highlands University. His work today is informed by experiences in geriatric residential care, in-patient adult psychiatric, crisis intervention, school settings, gender identity and orientation, and hospice. I have a humanistic approach to therapy that is eclectic an d holistic in nature, primarily integrating elements of narrative theory, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy which is grounded in mindfulness.

Hannah Beck, BA graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University. She has recently relocated to Oahu where she pursues her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Hannah is also credentialed in personal training, health coaching, and nutrition. Hannah's extensive experience as a server has also helped develop her strong interpersonal skills. Her diverse occupational background has made her a well-rounded and open-minded mental health worker.
