Heidi Kinsella has been a member of the recovery community for over 35 years, 12 as a therapist. She has extensive expertise in the treatment of sexual addiction and was mentored by and worked alongside Dr. Patrick Carnes, the pioneer in sexual addiction research and treatment. Heidi recognizes the importance of having a therapist who understands the complexities of addiction. She works with individuals who have suffered from the effects of substance abuse, sex addiction, and those who have been affected by a loved one's addiction. She offers five day intensive retreats and Equine Assisted Therapy at Fourth Dimension Healing Ranch.
