Hannah Beck, BA graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University. She has recently relocated to Oahu where she pursues her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Hannah is also credentialed in personal training, health coaching, and nutrition. Hannah's extensive experience as a server has also helped develop her strong interpersonal skills. Her diverse occupational background has made her a well-rounded and open-minded mental health worker.

I am born and raised in Hawaii. I am Kanaka Mauoli. My grandmother is Pure Hawaiian or 100% Hawaiian. I am Hawaiian, Portuguese, Spanish and a little bit of Chinese. I am a mixed plate of sorts. I also love food. I am dedicated to working with children. It is my life's passion to help, serve, and help others get to the next level of their well being. I am solution focused so we don't spend a lot of time on your past experiences, however it helps to hear and know your story to understand who you are today and your generational influences. Aloha, I was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii and currently live in Honolulu where I practice with Ho'ohana Counseling. I am a licensed clinical social worker and I work with my clients side by side to help them understand their inner world on a more deeper level. I am strongly invested in helping my clients and the community.

Creating a therapeutic relationship is purposeful and meaningful work. I intend to provide individuals a safe space to process their experiences, free of judgement, and work collaboratively to navigate a path toward a personal, ultimate wellness. My counseling style is warm and supportive, with a humanistic foundation. Through a strength-based lens, I draw on multiple evidenced-based modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Therapy.

Kayla Ennett, PsyD, LMHC, is a licensed therapist living in Colorado who is very motivated and excited to work with the residents of Hawaii via TeleHealth therapy. Kayla has an eclectic experience with counseling. She started off as a college career counselor and then moved on to school counseling. Later in her career, she began doing therapy with inmates at a state prison then veterans and their families on post. She currently focuses on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, LGBTQ+, and concerns related to intimacy and sex.

Alyssa Kratz, LSW, received her Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Behavioral Mental Health from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa. Alyssa is passionate about mental health & wellness. She believes that vast healing potential lies within each individual, and that given tools and a supportive, safe environment, one's unique potential can thrive. Her work is client-centered and trauma focused. Alyssa works with adults on various mental health experiences including addictions, codependency, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, self-harm, PTSD, trauma, abuse, and relational difficulties.

Matthew Johnson, MS, recently graduated with his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, Spring 2021. Utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the up and coming concept of Geek Therapy, Matthew's goal is to remotely help individuals, couples, and families in the community while obtaining his LMHC license in Hawaii. Matthew has experience providing counseling services in group and individual settings for depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and family issues.

I have worked in behavioral and mental health settings for the past seven years and I am licensed in the state of Hawaii and Florida. Much of my experience has been working with children and adolescents, with some additional experience working with adults. During this time, I have helped individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and self-esteem.

People use therapy to help change themselves or deal with life challenges. Oftentimes, therapy may involve revealing significant parts of ourselves, our relationships, or life circumstances. Therapy can help reduce or alleviate problems to help us live more fulfilling lives. Therapy is a partnership between you and me. Together, we identify the goals of your treatment, we work on skills, and we resolve to improve ourselves and our life conditions. I believe there are various ways to approach issues. My experience and belief is that many of our life’s challenges and pains stem from the way we think about ourselves and the world.

M. Tashina Bradley (she/her), MS, LMT is a graduate of Chaminade University master’s program in Counseling Psychology. Her young adult life was shaped greatly by O‘ahu’s south surf shores and Palolo Valley’s daily rains. She now lives in Kailua-Kona town with her blended family, her dog and her cats. Tashina is trained to work with couples, families, and individuals. She has experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, stress, anxiety, motivation, self-worth, accountability, and trauma.

We are all human and life can be difficult, especially in the ever-changing world that we live in today. My job is to create a place of healing and love. I work with people to help guide them to help connect with themselves and with others in a more meaningful way.
