I’m here in hopes that I can provide you with a space where you feel like a partner in the therapeutic relationship and not just a number on a chart. I believe that therapy works best when your therapist meets you where you are and listens to what you need. You are your own expert. If you don’t feel that way now, let’s try to get you there.
I am most practiced in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, and crisis intervention. My experience spans all ages. I also try to involve art in every aspect of therapy. At this time I can only provide tele-therapy.
