At Here & Now our goal is to help each client discover the joy of feeling comfortable in their skin and knowing their purpose in life. Our clinical specialists thoughtfully and compassionately tailor a wellness hub of solutions to each client’s unique needs. Our Wellness Hub incorporates evidence-based practices. Everyone's Hub is unique; to reduce symptoms, it may involve Neurobiofeedback brain training, Psychiatry, Ketamine or Talk therapy, , Infusion therapy, Art therapy, Somatic practice, VR exposure therapy, EMDR, Movement and Nutrition Support. We also offer trusted resources for overcoming substance abuse issues.

That means making mental wellness more accessible and more inviting to our clients’ needs and goals. We believe in mental wellness for everyone. That’s what Here & Now is all about.

After your medical intake, we will begin with a qEEG or brain map to identify the biomarkers to target; we will create a plan for addressing your symptoms whether from trauma, TBI or neurological issue. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
