Hello! I'm Henry Tran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing therapy since 2016. I am currently working full-time with adults in a hospital setting. I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and stress. I also have experience working with many different populations and age groups ranging from children to older adults. I have a solution-focused approach all while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am adaptable and have the ability to utilize different modalities tuned to your treatment goals.
I have a gentle and open communication style. I am actively listening and observing your non-verbal communication to provide effective therapy. My goal is to work with you and not against you. My goal in this collaborative therapeutic process is to promote change and improve your overall quality of life.
In the first session, I am looking to build rapport and begin developing a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I discuss what therapy entails and answer any questions you may have.
