Dr. Srednicki is certified to work with "Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors," and Trichotillomania as well. He is also Board Certified in Neurofeedback. Dr Srednicki is the founder of Upper Montclair Psychological Associates, LLC.
Dr Srednicki specializes in treating all types of compulsive disorders, Such as HOCD, POCD, ROCD. Patients in recovery and trauma victims are treated with the evidenced based methods. 80 Percent of Dr Srednicki's practice is devoted to the treatment of OCD.
Those dealing with OCD are treated with Cognitive behavior Therapy and Response Prevention and Exposure. Habit Reversal Training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Response Prevention and Exposure are also utilized in the treatment of anxiety related disorders. We offer secure teletherapy via Zoom.
