My name is Henry Cuellar and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm originally from Honduras and have been in the States since I was 11 years old. I've been in the mental health field for over 10 years and I'm passionate about helping individuals in their healing journey. I've been in the mental health field for various years and have extensive experience working in addiction medicine. I work with clients who are wanting to explore themselves to be the best version they can be and heal parts of themselves that need healing.
My therapeutic approach is primarily Narrative therapy. I focus on client's strengths and use mindfulness tools to help clients connect with their higher selves and create space between them and the problem. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to allow themselves to be human without judgment.
Growing up I experienced various traumatic events in my life which led me to a journey of healing. I'm grateful to have had a lot of guides and teachers in my journey and I became passionate about the healing process. These experiences led me to pursue a career in healing to help others in their own healing journey.
