We provide trauma-informed, compassionate care within the first responder culture and stress management leadership roles. Our focus: to educate, elevate, and encourage all people. Consulting is provided to groups and organizations: mental health, wellness, managing threats, and crisis response
We offer a variety of approaches and skills to provide individuals, couples, families, and community groups the tools to be successful in navigating through tough social, familial, and personal challenges. We consult with businesses via professional development on leadership styles and wellness. Faith-based services available by ministry staff upon request.
Karen Sullins has been trained in Crisis Management and Disaster Response. Our team provides counseling and consulting services in our schools and communities to include: individual therapy, family therapy, assessments and evaluation of the individual, EAP (employee assistance), PFA, Peer Support, Spiritual Counseling, Couples counseling, and assist in IEPs
