I'm Helena Gage, a licensed clinical social worker, having earned my Masters in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2018. With years of experience, I've supported adolescents and adults facing various mental health and substance use challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more. My approach involves meeting clients where they are in life and aiding them in achieving their treatment goals.
I employ diverse treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy among others. My aim is to craft individualized therapy experiences tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
