We have a laid back, nonjudgmental and caring collaborative approach in working with each individual to identify and achieve their goals. Helping individual heal and recover "One Step at a Time." We have experience serving diverse populations and working in a multitude of settings which include inpatient, outpatient, residential and community setting.
We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit each individual's needs. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy and motivational interviewing; with focus on problem solving, coping skills, relapse prevention and continued recovery.
