You get a pit in your stomach when you think about, discuss, or engage in sex; you no longer or never enjoyed it. You have pain, erection, arousal, or orgasm issues and feel stuck. You're curious about trying on a sexual identity or playing in kink/BDSM. You have out-of control or shameful behaviors, dilemmas, porn use, or masturbation problems. You don’t know how to talk to your partner(s) about sex, let alone sharing the load more at home. Religion or the feeling of shame greatly limits you. You just can’t communicate. You can’t trust or forgive them – you’re too hurt and angry. Let me engage you in sex and relationship therapy.
My clinical style is comfortable, nonjudgmental, and educational. I want you to learn about yourself and how you relate to others. We’ll journey through histories, ideas, feelings, and values. We’ll laugh and also feel through a lot. You’ll discuss and explore your relationships and sexual health from a research-based, somatic, relational perspective.
I work with desire discrepancy, infrequent sex, sexual shame and anxiety, functioning issues, religion, communication, repairing trust, and grief issues. I help with out-of-control behaviors, porn, and masturbation issues. Partners and individuals will explore identities, beliefs, histories, and relating, and learn what the big deal is with sex.

Men's Out-of-Control Sexual Behavior Group
Held virtually for men who live in Colorado and Illinois, you'll learn to live and express sexuality by the Six Principles of Sexual Health (Harvey & Vigorito, 2016). You'll explore psychoeducation around *true* pleasure, learn how to discuss your erotic dilemmas with your partner(s), and maintain a healthy, balanced relationship to your sexuality.
